Free Initial Consultation

I provide a twenty minute free initial consultation that helps us identify if we will be a good fit. During the consultation, we will discuss what brings you in. If we both feel like it would be a good fit, then we’ll fill out paperwork and schedule the first appointment. If you can be better served by a different therapist, then I will share referrals for support that is a better fit for your needs.

Fees

Payment and fees are also discussed during the complimentary initial consultation. My standard fee for individual therapy is $130 per 50 minute session. Payment is required at the beginning of each session.
